Born in Nova Scotia, Aaron has lived across Canada and worked internationally, eventually finding his way back home to the Maritimes. With over 15 years of experience in CAD software and more than a decade working with CNC machines, laser cutting, and 3D printing, Aaron brings a deep technical expertise, creative precision and passion to every project.

Also born in Nova Scotia, Courtney spent the last six years in Ottawa before feeling the pull to return home. Her background is in social infrastructure, with a focus on homelessness, community development, and Indigenous healthcare. She has worked across the spectrum—from grassroots non-profits to the federal government on initiatives supporting housing for adults with developmental disabilities and community-driven infrastructure.
